Terms & Conditions

The membership agreement between you (the person whose name is displayed on the account and welcome communication) and us ('Rewards VIP Club', which is owned and operated by Super Partnerships Worldwide Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 13293317) and is constituted by the following terms and conditions, therefore, we strongly advise you to read these terms and conditions carefully.

Rewards VIP Club Memberships:

Rewards VIP Club members have access to discounts and rewards that may be provided by or administered by participating associated companies (“benefits”).

You may have been signed up to a sister discount or reward service that has now been rebranded as Rewards VIP Club as part of your renewal. Or been signed up directly over the phone.

Unlocking of Rewards:

When your full, paid-for membership commences, you will become entitled to certain "unlockable" membership benefits. For full details of when these membership benefits unlock, please see the specific redemption terms on the Rewards VIP Club website. In order to claim and use these “unlockable” membership benefits, you must ensure that your full, paid-for member membership is active, and that no outstanding payments are due.

Annual Memberships:

The payment of your membership fee is charged automatically, as authorised by you when you agreed to your membership and/or preview/trial/introductory membership. We may send you communication prior to your renewal date, reminding you of the automated renewal and renewal membership cost. Unless you notify us that you wish to cancel your Rewards VIP Club membership before your membership renewal date, the renewal payment will be automatically charged using your original payment method. If we are unable to charge you using your specified payment method, you agree to provide an alternative means of payment. The date we successfully charge your account will become your new renewal date. If we are unable to charge your specified payment method, you agree to provide an alternative billing source. You will become a full, paid-for member for the duration of the paid-for period when payment has cleared. We will notify you of your renewal seven days in advance of payment being debited.

Membership fee:

We reserve the right to increase or decrease the membership fee for each renewal term effective upon renewal of your membership. If we are unable to charge you the full amount in a single transaction, we may split your payment up and charge them in instalments until the full amount due has been paid. If you fail to pay your membership fee, either with the payment method given to us when joining or using any alternative means within thirty (30) days of the fee being due, then we shall reserve the right to terminate your Rewards VIP Club membership. Termination means you will no longer have the right to redeem any rewards and/or keep the membership at a promotional offer (if applicable) including unlocked rewards. The descriptor on your bank statement may appear as PIX*Rewardsvipclub, Viprewards 03301741247, RewardsVIPClub 03301741247 or REWVIPCLUB 0330174124.

Exclusive Member Offers:

You may be offered ongoing and additional benefits as part of your annual membership which will be introduced to you as exclusive member offers from ourselves or our partners, where there is a charge to be a part of those memberships. We will send you a letter, to the address registered with us, to introduce each exclusive member offer prior to any fee being taken. Exclusive member offers will vary in cost, and the cost and billing frequency will be outlined in the letter. Payment for these exclusive offers will be conveniently taken from the payment details on file, as explained in the introduction letter, unless you notify us that you do not want to continue with the introduced offer. If you prefer not to receive any exclusive member offer introductions, please contact our customer service team on 0800 047 2055.

Cancellations:

If you are a new member, you can cancel your membership at any time within this trial period. If you are a fully paid or an existing member, and you do not wish to continue as a club member of Rewards VIP Club, you can cancel at any time before your next renewal is charged.

Cancellations are easy, simply quote your membership number to the customer service team on our free number 0800 047 2055, or via email [email protected]. If you email or write to us, we may need to contact you on the telephone so we can verify and process the cancellation request. This may delay your cancellation request. Cancellation will only take place once verification has occurred. If you are charged during this period, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

If you opt to terminate your account with immediate effect, you are no longer an active member and will lose access to all benefits and rewards. If you have requested to cancel at the end of the paid-for period, you will continue to have access to the benefits and rewards redeemable, excluding “unlockable.”

Disclaimer of Liability:

Please note, the following disclaimer does not affect your statutory rights. We do not express or imply warranties, including the warranty of satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to any of the membership benefits or related information provided to you. We reserve the right to remove, add, change, or substitute benefits and participating providers without notice to you. You agree that we are not responsible or liable for any of the benefit providers. If you have any claims relating to any of these benefits, you will only claim directly against the providers of the benefit. Any such claim will be subject to and governed by the provider’s terms and conditions which you should read carefully. Rewards VIP Club’ liability shall not exceed your current membership fee and under no circumstances shall Rewards VIP Club be liable to you for incidental or consequential losses or damages. We assume no responsibility for the payment of, or contribution to, any sales tax, which taxing authorities may impose. Such taxes shall remain your sole responsibility or that of the provider of the benefits. Postal charges may be applied to cover costs of dispatching, but we make or give no warranties or representations, express or implied that you will receive this item. It is your responsibility to contact us before your annual payment is due if you have not received it.

Refund Policy:

We operate a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your membership for any reason, contact us within 30 days of payment and we will refund you in full. If it has been more than 30 days since payment, we will happily review requests for refund on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us to discuss this. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and both you and we, accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. This agreement contains all the terms and conditions of a membership with us. Any other warranties, representations, terms, conditions, inducements, promises, or agreements concerning your membership, unless expressly included in this agreement, shall not form part of the agreement, or have any force or effect. If any of the terms of this agreement shall become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.

Reservation of Rights:

We reserve the right to remove, add, change, and substitute benefits and benefit providers without prior notice. We further reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this agreement and any Rewards VIP Club membership policies at any time without prior notice.

Your Data Protection:

Your personal details will be held and used by us for the purpose of membership administration and offers. We will only disclose your details to companies and individuals involved with the processing of this membership and/or its exclusive offers. We shall always require those processing your information to keep it confidential and not to disclose it to any unauthorised parties. Further details can be found within our Privacy Policy.

In the interest of keeping you informed, we may occasionally send you information specific products and promotions. If you would prefer not to receive information of this kind, please write to us or call our customer service team on 0800 047 2055.

Complaints Procedure:

If you have a complaint, please send a formal email to [email protected] with the subject header “Formal complaint” and details of your complaint. This will get escalated to the appropriate team who will handle your complaint as quickly as possible and aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.
