Why did I receive a letter or email?

You will have received a Rewards VIP Club letter or email if you have a membership renewal pending or are a new customer. Other communication we send may be related to a password change request or other memberships available to you as a member of Rewards VIP Club.

I can't log into my account

If you are having issues logging in it could be for a couple of reasons:

  1. The password you are using may be different to the one that will allow access. Try resetting your password and seeing if this resolves your issue.
  2. The username you are using may be different to the one we have on file. Please contact the customer service team for support with this.
  3. We may not have been able successful charge your membership fee. Please contact the customer service team and provide alternative billing information.

How do I update my details?

You can change your name or password within the profile section when you log in to your account. If you need to change your contact information or any further information we may have on file. Please contact the customer service team.
