All company devices used have individual set passwords with limited access. Customer data is only accessible via a VPN on company devices that have full security system set up and regularly updated antivirus software. Administrators are in full control of updates, software usage, access limitations and more for security purposes.

We will keep your personal data within our records unless you exercise your right to request for its removal or your membership(s) are inactive for over 5 years or more.

We use suppliers to administer some aspects of products and/or services we provide. In these instances, your data will be shared with these suppliers. Those suppliers will not have any authorisation to use your information for any further purpose. Suppliers may be used for completing payments, making/receiving calls, and sending/receiving emails, letters, and texts. We may also use external software for reporting and analytical purposes.
